- I have been added as an account administrator but there is a user whose role I cannot modify. Why can I not update this role?
A: If that user is an instance administrator you will be unable to adjust their settings. An instance administrator is the same as an account administrator except that an instance administrator can access a background/AdminPanel for the account.Note: To verify if this is the case, send an email to support@conceptshare.com with your account URL and the email address of the user you are trying to modify.
